Buyers: We meet for a short Buyer's Consultation to discuss the buying process, learn as much about you as possible, and optimize your search to ensure you won't miss a single listing and we have the best possible chance of winning you the house of your dreams. 

Sellers: We begin with an interview on the phone so I can learn as much about your situation and property as possible. We then schedule a time to view the property, discuss the selling process and marketing plan, and review market analysis to price your home correctly to maximize your proceeds. After this, we can set up a game plan to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible.

Who Am I?

I enjoy meeting new people and being active in the community. I grew up in Hazel Green, WI, and after going to multiple colleges, and learning about real estate investing, I decided to come back home and start my career in Dubuque. Prior to working in real estate, I worked in healthcare as a CNA in a nursing home and in-home healthcare. This experience has been very helpful throughout my real estate career which I started in 2020. During my time as a Realtor, I have worked with everything from first-time homebuyers to fourth-time home sellers, from families to investors in all three states!

Some of my favorite things in life are spending time with my family and friends, soccer, cooking, and healthy living. If I'm not in the office or showing homes in the summer you can probably find me at one of the great organizations I am a part of.

I run my business based on my annual Ninja Selling training which many of my Ruhl and Ruhl colleagues also attend. This is a selling system that puts the customer's priorities above all and takes a very consultative approach. If you ever have any real estate questions, please feel free to reach out.
